About HSPOA
Hidden Springs Lake is governed by the Hidden Springs Property Owners’ Association (HSPOA) and led by an elected Board of Directors.
Annual dues are $115.00, and are due prior to or at the Annual Meeting, which is held the Saturday morning of Memorial Day weekend. The annual Dues Statement is mailed to property owners each spring.

Owners who pay dues after the date of the Annual Meeting will be assessed a $25 late fee.
Lot #39 is a sandy beach lot owned by the HSPOA for the use of all members. Our Conservation Committee hosts a fisheree there for owners and their guests (up to age 15) on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend.
There is a boat launch that is controlled by a padlock. To obtain ramp/lake access, your boat must:
- Belong to a HSPOA property owner.
- Have the lot number posted on both sides of the boat in 3-inch high numbers.
- Be inspected (along with the trailer) by one of the key holders for invasive plants/animals
- If motored, be registered with the Wisconsin DNR.

PROTECTIVE COVENANTS
The Protective Covenants is the legal document the lays out the guidlines for the Hidden Springs Property Owners Association. The Covenants are recorded in the Waushara County records and are legally binding.
The goal of the Protective Covenants is to protect, preserve and enhance property values in the HSPOA.
BYLAWS OF HIDDEN SPRINGS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.
These bylaws govern how the HSPOA operates and contain the information needed to run the HSPOA. The bylaws cover such matters as:
- How often the HSPOA holds meetings
- How the meetings are conducted
- The duties of the various offices of the Board of Directors
- How many people are on the Board
- Membership voting rights
